What moves

Scroll down and they run forward. Scroll back up and they reverse mid-word, because they are not playing - they are reading your position.
Band one runs on the document scroll. It cannot move unless you do.
Band two runs on the same timeline in the opposite direction, so the row has mass.
Band three drifts on a timer, which is what keeps the page alive where timelines are not supported.

- A courier sells movement, so the page should have mass. Two of the three bands are bound to the document scroll rather than to a clock - they cannot move unless you move, and they reverse mid-word when you scroll back, which is the difference between physics and decoration.
